Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making revitaliseaestheticsclinic.co.uk accessible to everyone.

Our Commitment

Revitalise Aesthetics is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone has the right to access information about our clinic and treatments easily and without barriers.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What We've Done

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility across our website:

Navigation & Structure

Keyboard & Focus

Visual & Colour

Images & Media

Forms & Interactive Elements

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across our own content, some third-party components are outside our direct control:

Pabau Booking System — Our online booking embeds are provided by Pabau, a third-party clinic management platform. We are not able to modify their embedded forms directly. We are working with Pabau to ensure their forms meet accessibility requirements. If you experience difficulty using the booking embed, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will arrange your appointment manually.

Google Maps Embed — The interactive map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. Keyboard navigation within the map itself may be limited. We recommend using the direct Google Maps link or our written directions if needed.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, find a barrier we haven't addressed, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please get in touch.

We aim to respond to all accessibility queries within 5 working days.

Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility query, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 in England, Scotland and Wales. As a private business, we are not bound by these regulations — however we voluntarily adopt their standards as a matter of good practice and respect for all our patients.
